Salad with fuet

Ingredients

-1 lettuce (for four persons)

-2 tomatoes

-1 cheese Burgo de arias (fresh cheese)

-A can of olives

-A pec of salt and pepper                   

-1/2 cup virgen extra oil               

Preparation

1- Wash oll the vegetables

2- Chop oll the vegetables and put them in a medium bol

3- Cut the fuet and the cheese in small pieces

4- Finally, mix everything and whisk together the oil  and  the pepper

It’s look like a long sausage and tastes like salami
